Insurance Commitments - ZenGRC

ZenGRC commits to maintaining specified minimum insurance coverages—including Commercial General Liability, Umbrella Liability, Workers Compensation, Professional Liability/Errors and Omissions, and Cybersecurity insurance—with coverage limits ranging from $2 million to $5 million per occurrence and aggregate, all placed with insurers rated A- VIII or better, and will provide certificates of insurance and potentially name Customers as additional insured upon request during the term of service use.

Insurance Commitments

ZenGRC will, at all times during the term of Customer’s use of the Service (whether on premise or as a hosted service), maintain the following minimum insurance policies:

  1. 1.Commercial General Liability:
    • $2,000,000 each occurrence
    • $4,000,000 aggregate
  2. 2.Umbrella Liability:
    • $5,000,000 each occurrence
    • $5,000,000 aggregate
  3. 3.Workers Compensation: Statutory requirements for the state where the work will be performed.
  4. 4.Professional Liability/Errors and Omissions:
    • $5,000,000 each occurrence
    • $5,000,000 aggregate
  5. 5.Cybersecurity:
    • $5,000,000 each occurrence
    • $5,000,000 aggregate

All of the insurance policies described above will be placed with insurers having an AM Best Rating of A- VIII or better.

Upon request of an existing Customer:

  • ZenGRC will make available a certificate of insurance verifying the insurance coverages outlined above.
  • ZenGRC may name Customer as an additional insured, to the extent applicable.
